5. Healthcare Provider Clearance

Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether their child is medically appropriate for sleep consulting services. 7. No Guarantee of Results

Sleep progress may be affected by numerous factors, including age, temperament, environment, developmental changes, illness, family circumstances, consistency, and other factors outside of Sleeping Sunshines’ control.

8. Consulting Period

12. Nonrefundable Services

Because Sleeping Sunshine's reserves time and resources specifically for each Client, payments for consulting packages are nonrefundable once the consulting period or services have begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If the Client chooses not to continue participating after purchasing the package, unused services are not automatically refundable. When appropriate, Sleeping Sunshine's may recommend that the client seek evaluation or treatment from a pediatrician, physician, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, physical therapist, psychologist, behavioral health professional, registered dietitian, lactation professional, or another qualified healthcare provider.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sleeping Sunshine's LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from information provided through sleep consulting services, including outcomes related to the client’s implementation or interpretation of recommendations.

The client understands that they remain responsible for determining whether and how recommendations are implemented. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
